This license does not permit any resale or commercial exploitation of Dista Fashion Services or its content; any collection or use of product listings, descriptions, or pricing; any derivative use of the services; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of a third party; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data extraction tools.

All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms & Conditions are reserved by Dista Fashion or its licensors, suppliers, publishers, or content providers. No part of Dista Fashion Services may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise used for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from Dista Fashion. You may not frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Dista Fashion without express written consent. Additionally, you may not use any meta tags or other "hidden text" utilizing Dista Fashion’s name or trademarks without prior authorization. Misuse of Dista Fashion Services is strictly prohibited. The license granted by Dista Fashion will terminate if you fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

YOUR ACCOUNT

To access personalized fashion recommendations, wish list curation, and exclusive deals, you may need to create an account on DistaFashion.com. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

REVIEWS, COMMENTS, AND CONTENT

Customers may post reviews, photos, and comments related to their Indian fashion purchases, provided they do not violate any intellectual property or legal guidelines. By submitting content, you grant Dista Fashion the right to use, reproduce, and distribute such material for marketing purposes.

RISK OF LOSS & RETURNS

All purchases are subject to a shipment contract, meaning the risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Returns and refunds are subject to Dista Fashion’s Return Policy, which ensures customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our curated collections.

PRICING & PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Dista Fashion strives to provide accurate pricing and product details for all Indian fashion items. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. In the case of mispricing, we will either contact you for further instructions or cancel the order.

DISCOUNT CODES, STORE CREDITS & GIFT CARDS

Only one promotional offer (Discount Code, Store Credit, or Gift Card) can be applied per order. Multiple discounts cannot be combined.

OTHER BUSINESSES & THIRD-PARTY SELLERS

Parties other than Dista Fashion operate stores, provide services or software, or sell product lines through Dista Fashion Services. In addition, we provide links to the sites of affiliated companies and certain other businesses. If you purchase any of the products or services offered by these businesses or individuals, you are purchasing directly from those third parties, not from Dista Fashion. We are not responsible for examining or valuating, and we do not warrant, the offerings of any of these businesses or individuals (including the content of their Web sites). Dista Fashion does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, product, and content of all these and any other third parties. You should carefully review their privacy statements and other conditions of use. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Dista Fashion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. All purchases and interactions are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

DISPUTES & APPLICABLE LAW

Disputes arising from the use of Dista Fashion Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, with applicable laws governed by the state of California.

APPLICABLE LAW

By using any Dista Fashion Services, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the state of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Dista Fashion.

 SITE POLICIES & MODIFICATIONS

Dista Fashion reserves the right to modify policies, site content, and these Terms & Conditions at any time to enhance the Indian fashion shopping experience. 

REFER-A-FRIEND PROGRAM TERMS

Our Refer-a-Friend program allows users to earn rewards when a referred customer makes a purchase. 

Qualified Referral: A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at www.Distafashion.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives at our website by clicking your Refer-a-Friend program link. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.

Referred Customer: The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address).

Referral Rewards: For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete an eligible order.

Reward Payments: Rewards are payable in increments of $7. As a Referrer, you are responsible for all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.

Eligibility is limited to individuals only: Dista Fashion’s Refer-a-Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined at Dista Fashion’s sole discretion. (Corporations are not people, my friend!)

No Spam: You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Dista Fashion’s Refer-a-Friend program.

Right to Close Accounts

Dista Fashion reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Dista Fashion Refer-a-Friend program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

Right to cancel Program or change Terms

Dista Fashion reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
